Sandeep is an experienced executive with a proven track record of helping businesses to expand in Asia across industries. His main focus areas are new business development, strategic alliances and capital introductions.

His industry track record is in telecommunications, software, internet, media and financial services. Prior to founding Qiu in 2007, he held executive positions at Opnet (Nasdaq: OPNT) and Wipro (NYSE: WIT), covering Asia. Sandeep started off his career as a software engineer at Wipro Technologies and rose to lead Business Development for engineering clients (Sharp, Toshiba, NTT, Mitsubushi, Panasonic, etc.) in Japan. He was involved in building the Opnet business across Asia, mainly through telco's and large enterprise. 
 
Sandeep has a BTech in Computer Engineering from Cochin University and MBA from INSEAD. He has lived in Japan, India, France, Thailand and Singapore.He holds a non-executive board position at E-Guardian, a pan-Asian information assurance and security company. He’s also a mentor/advisor to several early stage ventures in online media,telecom, and financial services.
